| The 2003 Guangzhou International
Documentary Film Festival opening ceremony will be held at the Dongfeng
Hotel, on the morning of Sunday the 13th December 2003. Jury members,
seminar presenters and invited guests will attend the opening and
members of the press will also be present. Screening of the 59 films
accepted for entry will begin after the opening ceremony.

1. The opening ceremony is hosted by Miss Yin Jie and Mr Fu Yong
Jian.
2. Miss Yin Jie and Mr. Fu Yong Jian announce the festival guest
list.
3. Address: Mr. Li Jin Yuan, the organizer representative, the president
of Guangzhou
Television.
4. Address: Mr. Edmond Moukala UNESCO Cultural Project Specialist.
5. Address: Mr. Liu Xiao Li , the Co-organizer representative, the
vice standing
committee president of the China Television Association
Television Documentary Film
Academic Committee.
6. Address: Mr. John Courtney, Dean of the Guangzhou Consular Corps.
7. Address: the leader of the Guangzhou Municipal Government.
8. Miss Yin Jie and Mr. Fu Yong Jian introduce the members of the
seminar jury.
9. Address: Ms. Mitzi Goldman, the president of the seminar jury.
10. The 59 titles of the finalists are announced.
11. Miss Yin Jie and Mr. Fu Yong Jian announce two entry films will
be screened in 10
minutes and members of the jury start working.
12. The opening ceremony closes.
13. Break: 10 minutes.
14. An Australian film ＾One Night the Moon￣ is screened.
15. A Chinese film ＾The Eighteen Mile Sea Road￣ is screened.
