2006 Guangzhou International Documentary Festival Regulations for
Projects with Most International Marketing Potential

1. The 2006 Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival (GZDOC 2006) welcomes any documentary film to participate in ”°Projects with Most International Marketing Potential”± (Best Projects).

2. Each filmmaker is allowed to submit one or more production plans. Chinese documentary films funded by non-government budget must apply through legally registered film or television companies or related organizations. No application fee is required.

3. All the films applying for Best Projects must not violate the laws in China, disseminate hostility against China or cause religious dissension or dissension between different racial groups. The pre-selection group will have the right to explain this article.

4. The films/plans selected for Best Projects shall be paid a promotional fee of RMB 350 each. Payment shall be sent to GZDOC bank account before it will be published on GZ DOC 2006 Handbook.

5£®Best Projects Entry Form (Form B) must be sent to the Organizers before Nov. 15, 2005. Sample film (if applicable) should be available in VHS, PAL standard. The Best Projects Entry Form and related material are available at http://www.gzdoc.com/. Applicants must fill out every item on the form. Applications can be submitted via email or fax.

6£®The Organizers will email or fax the schedule before Nov 15, 2006. Upon receipt of the notifying email or fax, applicants must send their film(s) or production plans to Grand Entertainment (GZ) Company Limited at the following address no later than Novrmber 15, 2006.
